In good physical condition, These have the black cloth and red stitching as shown. Free of any rips or tears in the cloth material. There is some warping in the upper portion of the lower cushions, as shown in the photos.

In good cosmetic condition, free of any major stains or sun fading as shown. The top edge of the seat back has some sun fading from normal use, as shown.
